Biography

Learning the Truth of Who We Are is much like a process of birthing, which leaves behind what we know (or think we know) and finds its way into the awareness that has been within our Being waiting to come forth. This really is re-member-ing what we really already know and leaving all the distortions, the mistaken beliefs and assumptions that we have picked up along the way behind. There is a Midrash that suggests every baby is born with full knowing of Torah - all there is to know about God, ourselves, the Universe and everything in it. At the moment of birth, an Angel touches the child on the upper lip (creating the small valley between the nose and upper lip) and we forget it all. The rest of our life is spent trying to remember. All the codes remain within us. It is just our memory that has been veiled.

Ari Deutchman has spent at least all of this lifetime on this journey. Ari has both a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a Master's Degree in Infant Development, and is in process of certification with DONA (Doulas of North America) as a birth and postpartum doula. She has worked as an R.N./B.S.N. in medical and childbirth related areas; taught childbirth classes for much of 20 years; and provided physical, emotional and spiritual support in childbirth (doula care) for many more than 100 birthing families. Rrecent studies include Healing from Lightbody, Healing Touch, Therapeutic Touch and other more advanced energy healing work; Sound, music, vibrational activations and healing with Tom Kenyon, Jonathan Goldman, Saruah Benson and others; working with the Process of Gaia; and moving in Mastery. Along the way there has been continuous study of what the world has been about throughout history, human interactions and relationships, Torah, Mysteries and mystical tradition, including Kabala, metaphysics, and energy dynamics and use. Personal healing work and movement through many forms of dance, exercise and intuitive work has been fundamental.

Following my life's passions and sharing any tricks, techniques or insights for assisting in childbirth; activation, healing and remembering that have been learned along the way, in integrity, discipline and responsibility is my great joy. If there can be assistance in childbirth, in healing or awakening, or making someone else's journey feel more worthwhile, I am here. Hineini (hee nay nee). God called Abraham to send him away from all he knew to a "place that I will show you". Abraham answered, "Hineini", I am here. Isaac called to Abraham, his father, "Abba?" Abraham answered, "Hineini". For me, the response is the same. I am here, Hineini.
